TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) A deposit of £50.00 is required, per week ohe time r part week at tof the booking(THIS IS NON RETURNABLE)
2) A £50 bond is payable with your balance, this will be returned to you by checque when the caravan has been checked for any loss. damage, breakages or extra cleaning usually within 7 days)
3) The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and it is the hirers responsibility to make good any loss, damage or replace any broken item.
4)You must vacate the caravan by 10am, on the last day of your holiday and leave it in the same condition as you found it.
5) NO SMOKINGALLOWED IN ANY PART OF THE CARAVAN
6) NO PETS ALLOWED
7) Your balance and bond must be paid in full 8 weeks beforethe start of you holiday.Failure to do so could result in your holiday being cancelled. (WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS).
8) Keys will be available from 4pm but you can gain access to all butlins facilities befor this time.
9) If you cancel your holiday the following terms and conditions apply
a) 56 days or more full deposit
b) 55days - 43 days full deposit +30%
c) 42 days - 29 days full deposit + 50%
28 days or less full deposit + 100%
10) Any person leaving the caravan in a dirty condition will have the cost of extra cleaning deducted from their bond also the cost of any loss or breakages that have not been replaced could be deducted.
11) Anyone found smoking will be evicted from the caravan with loss of bond.(WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS)
ANY CHANGE TO THE PERSONS NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM WILL INCUR ADMINISTRATION COSTS
